APEX Supplier Terms and Conditions
The APEX Supplier Terms and Conditions was updated on December 01, 2024
1. Certification Requirements
• All Class I or Class II items purchased on this Purchase Order (P.O.) must be accompanied by an FAA Form 8130-3.
• Class III or Standard Parts must be supplied with the Manufacturer’s Certificate of Conformance (C of C).
2. PMA Parts Compliance
• All PMA (Parts Manufacturer Approval) parts must be accompanied by a statement of compliance in accordance with EASA 2007 / 003C.
• If certificates are not available, you must contact Aviation Parts Executive, Inc. for prior authorization.
3. Traceability and Usage Disclosure
• Suppliers must disclose if the parts being supplied have/have not:
. • Been previously installed in any public aircraft, including government or military use aircraft.
• Been subjected to any extreme stress, heat, or environmental exposure as would be seen in an aircraft or engine accident, incident, or fire.
4. Right to Refuse Shipment
• Aviation Parts Executive, Inc. reserves the right to reject and refuse payment for any parts shipped without the required documentation outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
5. Right of Final Approval
• Aviation Parts Executive, Inc. retains the right of final approval for products, procedures, processes, and equipment used by suppliers to fulfill this P.O.
6. Technical Data Management
• Suppliers are required to maintain the proper identification and revision status of specifications, drawings, process requirements, inspection instructions, and other relevant technical data.
• Unless stated otherwise on the face of this P.O., the latest revision level of all documents must be used.
7. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
• By accepting this Purchase Order, suppliers also acknowledge and accept the Terms and Conditions outlined herein, along with the Doing Business with Aviation Parts Executive, Inc. Program Manual.
These terms ensure compliance, quality, and traceability for all parts supplied to Aviation Parts Executive, Inc. Failure to adhere to these conditions may result in rejection of parts and non-payment. For questions or clarification, suppliers are encouraged to contact Aviation Parts Executive, Inc. directly.
