MS20004-15 internal wrenching bolts are fabricated from high strength steel and are suitable for use in both tension and shear applications. These FAA approved bolts are coated with cadmium to offer strong resistance to corrosion. This high-strength bolt has a hexagon shaped head with an undrilled shank. When installing or removing the bolt, the internal wrenching bolt’s head has a recess that enables it to be inserted. When MS20004-15 are used in steel parts, the bolt hole must be slightly countersunk to seat the large corner radius of the shank at the head.
